Return Authorization Request

To return any item to BrideStuff.com you must first submit a Return Authorization Request online. Once your request has been approved, the RMA will be emailed to you at the email address listed below. Please print out the RMA and include it with your return. Items returned without an approved RMA included will not be accepted. Shipper will be responsible for all shipping charges. Returned items must be post marked within 10 days after receipt of RMA.

Non-Returnable Items:

1. Discontinued or clearance items.
2. Special order items (i.e. Veils, Bridal Jewelry and custom orders).
3. Apparel, including t-shirts, hats, etc.

4. Items not purchased from BrideStuff.com, Inc.
5. Products that have been modified or altered in any way.
6. Personalized items.
7. All Candy Products
8. Disposable Cameras
9. Aisle Runners
10. Bubbles
